When I used to visit pre ESTA you filled in a I 94 on the plane and presented it with the Customs form at the PoE.

ESTA replaced that, ESTA gets you on the plane and that is it, once you get to the POE then that bit is done, they no longer have the form to read and they admit you or not under the VWP.

I'm just going to make up wild opinions and state them as fact.

Welcome to VJ, R ma'am!

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Shahbaz was on, nobody mentioned that, he wanted to know his options and I would have told he can always go home.

That will be the  last thing he will be doing.

I love Shahbaz… he is a great story to follow.
His wife… is she even aware of what is happening? Have we met her?

I always wondered about the first wife.

I liked the guy who was not allowed to speak who file a VAWA claim based on a 12 day marriage, which was annulled.

Jim has been at the races this week next one 2pm MT

I had so many questions

Second wife seemed to think anything that happened prior to them getting married didn’t really matter and was really focused on the 900 days! 300 days!!! NO EAD he needs to work… but then also I think he was working?

Then she also thought because he had gotten married and filed VAWA after he stopped going to school he was still “in status”…

wish husband had spoken up more because I’m sure he has the full story…

I’m surprised Jim didn’t have a “come to Jesus” talk with them and explain husband should be completely honest about everything so she isn’t surprised at the interview.

Also, wonder about what happened with first wife… how did she die? Was there an age gap???

He is a cook, I am sure he is working. Can not imagine she would not insist.

To be fair she did her best to over talk Jim, I liked the way she had the camera centered on her with just an inch of him on the edge.

I also wondered about the first wife, even if she is actually dead.

Some folks are way too productive!

Honestly, I never understood this. Literally making kids who he'd need to support for many years without any thinking process. Or am I too responsible of a person...

I will have to watch this one tonight.

Going back to Eddie... How can he sleep at night knowing what he's up to?

I was worried about my case because I didn't mention my stepchild on my 485. Worried to death that they'd deny me. In the end I did list him on the 751 and N400 and even talked about him for a minute at my citizenship interview, but nothing bad happened. Yet I was worried. Guess @OldUser and myself are different from Eddie!
