Hey guys,

Just a quick question. Does anyone know if children 2 years old need a medical done. Our 2 year old son has been seeing a pediatrition in the US and has had all but three of his immunizations also done in the US. The first three at age 2, 4 and 6 months we had done here in Canada. But since then we have scheduled all his check-ups and immunizations while I was visiting my fiance in the US. So I was wondering if he'd still need a medical done since he has an American doctor and an American immunization record.

We just got our NOA2 a couple days ago but thought I should probably start thinking about medicals and police checks. Should I wait for the embassy in Montreal to send packet three and call or email them and ask. Or has someone else out there on the VJ site have experience with this? Any advise would be great. Jan. 11 2007 : Still waiting nothing since September 18 (day 138)

November 22 2006: EAD Approved

Feb. 22 2007: Still waiting (day 180)

March 5th 2007: Finally a touch case now pending at the office it was transferred to wooooooohoooooooooo (day 190)

March 6 2007: Touched again (day 191)

March 7 2007: Another touch ( ohhhhhhhh I'm all fluttery inside ) (day 192)

March 12 2007: Touched (day 197)

April 3 2007: Touched ( day 220)

April 4 2007 : Touched (day 221)

April 6 2007: Approved (day 223)

In the UK, everyone including babies has a medical. Not sure about rules for Canada though, sorry.

*January 24 2006 - mailed in I129-F petition

*January 25 2006 - I129-F received at CSC

*January 30 2006 - packet returned.....arggggggggg we forgot one signature!!

*January 31 2006 - sent I129-F back to the CSC, hope we did not forget anything else

*February 1 2006 - I129-F received at CSC again

*February 3 2006 - NOA1

*April 20 2006 - NOA2!!!!!

*April 24 2006 - Touched!

*May 15 2006 - NVC received petition today!

*May 17 2006 - Case left NVC today!!

*May 30 2006 - Received Packet 3 from Vancouver!

*May 30 2006 - Faxed back Packet 3!!

*June 6 2006 - Received packet 4!

*June 20 2006 - Medical in Saskatoon

*June 28 2006 - Interview in Vancouver!!
