My husband just received his receipt notice after filing our I-130. It is called an I-797C Notice of Action, I thought it was called an NOA1 or is this the same thing?

Thanks

NOA stands for "Notice of Action". The I-797C is the official name USCIS uses for that particular piece of paper.

I have already updated my timeline with all that information. How do I make it come before my posts like everyone else?

You can add that timeline into your signature by clicking on My Controls near the top of the screen. On the left hand side there are several options under Personal Profile. Click on Edit Signature and you will be able to put what you'd like (within reason) into your signature.
