So, it seems I need help on EVERY form I've tried to fill out

For the G-125A, is there an quicker way of filling it out, or do I have to go through each of the 4 and type all the info in again?

At the top, it says File Number A. What does that mean? What do I put there?

Applicant's last address outside the US of more than a year...what does this mean? I already put in my current address. Is this asking for that too, or something else?

Thanks a bunch!

Tammy:)

The G-325A type it in on the ADOBE and just fill out the first page and it will populate all the other pages.

File Number A: they said usually we don't have this yet. So put NONE

Hello Everyone. Finally go reunited with my fiance and now husband. We are soo happy.... After 2 years since we filed 7/28/07 we received our visa on August 4, 2009... don't give up. if you know USEM is wrong fight for it... We did...

And yet MORE questions. I should have looked over the whole thing first before posting. Sorry!

At the bottom, it says to be sure to put name and alien registration number in the bolded box. Obviously I don't have an reg. number, but do I still fill in my name?

And do I fill out all 4 forms for myself and all 4 for my husband (naming his as the applicant)?

Thanks so much for the help!!

Hi Tammy

I'm assuming you're applying via Montreal since you live in Canada. You should have a MTL case number, and that's what i put in the box where it requires an "A" number. But I'm not sure it really matters since you technically don't have an "A" number.

You have filled out the current address portion correctly. You need to check the box for permanent residence for your husband. You are the sponsor, he is the applicant.

If you have Adobe, you can use this link http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf to get the autofill G-325A form. you should only have to type it out once, and than it'll recognize the rest when you type the other 3 forms.

Good luck in your journey.....

Matt

Matt-I am in fact filing in Montreal, but I don't have a case number? I guess I just put none?

So, I check the box that says 'Status as Permanent Resident' on my husband's form as well as my own?

About the address. I did fill in the current one, but I'm not getting what the question that says 'Applicant's last address outside the US of more than a year' means. Is this still my current address? Sorry if I misunderstood your answer for this one.

And does anyone know the answer to this question I posted?

At the bottom, it says to be sure to put name and alien registration number in the bolded box. Obviously I don't have an reg. number, but do I still fill in my name?

This is a repost from another thread

A while back, I modified and uploaded a savable version of the G-325A. The PDF from the USCIS website can be filled out and printed, but cannot saved using the free Acrobat reader. I modified the PDF so you it can be saved using Acrobat Reader.

In my case, I simply filled out the G-325A for my wife, saved it, emailed it to her and she printed, signed and mailed it back to me.

I think this link will take you to the savable PDF that I uploaded.

OK so I went and pulled my G-325A's out to verify what exactly I put.

Daisy , on mine, I checked off "status as permanent resident" on both my and my husbands G325A's.

Hope that helps
