Hello guys, I attended my cr1 interview at the London embassy on 11th Oct. went well. They asked for extra documents (212g). Tax transcript. Even tho I had a copy and uploaded into Ceac.  After interview Ceac status changes from ready to refused. I submitted the Documents by post on the 19th of October and my Ceac status changed to Ready on the 26th of October. And has been updated on ready 6 times ever since. I mailed the embassy and on the 4th of Nov, they said case is “currently under review”.. no word from them since then. I need some interpretation of this timeline. Also my 2nd anniversary passed on the 2nd of November and my case hasn’t been updated on the Ceac portal to IR1. Is this something to be worried about? 🙏🏽 thank you.

It's under review, so probably bumped into another queue.  There will not likely be any IR1 status change.  They should issue the correct visa anyway. If not, mention it upon entry.  If a two year green card stating CR1 arrives, file an I90 with no fee to correct it.

Our experience:

after 16 months under AP after CR1 interview, status was changed to IR1 when they (Casablanca US consulate) called to ask for an updated medical.

visa was issued two weeks after they received the medical.

Good luck

Thank you 🙏🏽 Approximately how long does the “review” status last for.
