Hi All,

Just wanted your thoughts on this issue.

I am a green card holder and wanted to sponsor a family friend from india for 1 month vacation. Is it going to be difficult for her to get a visa from india although she is married, employed, and owns a home in india.

Should I state that I will support her financially in the US? I am filling out the I-134 as well.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Why can she not afford to pay the costs of the trip herself? Why do you need to sponsor her?

faiz i think for getting a visitor visa she can get easily thru showing strong ties to her country

tell her to contact very competent immigration attorneys like himish bhatnagar , from new delhi

there are hardly any cases of rejection wiht him

and 1st counselling is free so that she can be contended

if u need any details i will ask from my frnd who got a visitor visa for 6 weeks along with her k-3 pending status
