well, I have witnessed a lot of bad behavior...

but I have to share this story about good behavior , I keep thinking about it because I was so shocked that it happened...

my hubby and I went to this pizza buffet place for lunch one day... I went to grab another piece of pizza and one of the workers was putting half a pizza onto another pan, anywho, there was this kid who probably was at least 12 or 13 waiting there before me.... when the worker finished I waited for the boy to take a piece because he was there first but then he said something that totally surprised me...... he said something like, "go ahead" :o and he let me grab a piece first.....

I guess I was more shocked because earlier I had experience some really rude kids and their mom who were going the wrong way on the buffet and they didn't even budge when I tried to get past them...

It irritates the hell out of me when there are kids in the store screaming, bouncing balls, making big messes in the asiles (I've even seen kinds playing baseball in there) and the parents wouldn't do nothing about it...They really don't give a sh!t...

One time I saw a lady walking in with two of her boys. The lady was waiting at the photos department for her pictures and her boys were let loose playing around the store. The boys had squirt guns with them and I overheard them saying that they are going to the restroom filling up their squirt guns and squirt at people. I went and told that lady and she freaking told me that they were not her sons...and that her sons were outside in the car..sure I believe that..Luckily the boys didn't squirt at anybody and of course I saw them leaving the store all together.

i noticed so far today....

a female digging on her azz to adjust her thong underwear..

a guy farting walking down the hall.///

a person at a red light next to me, with his finger in his nose, all the way to the knucle..

a guy not washing his hands coming from the stalls..i am sure of Hep C coming soon to my work

damn, did these people not learn some social manners...

what have you noticed?

I believe that I have a worst situation than most in this regard. I actually have to live with the people I work with since I work on an offshore petroleum production facility on the offshore waters of the Gulf of Mexico. I can't go home at the end of the day and actually live there for a week or weeks at a time.

In the 24+ years I have been doing this for a living I have run across some filthy, disgusting, and highly inappropriate behaviors. Some of it borders on functional insanity or perversion.

I have several stories that are too far out of bounds to write about, but here is a real classic.

There was a cook that stayed offshore for more than a month for a construction project. Since the cook keeps hours different than the other crew members/contractors, he had his own room off from the galley. He finally went home and the next cook to replace him was not very happy with his colleague's living habits. The old cook had been picking his nose and wiping the buggers on the wall next to the bed. After a month this moron had quite a collection smeared on the wall (about 2 feet in diameter). We ended up removing the paneling next to the bed and throwing it away since no one had the stomach to clean it up.

As a supervisor I have had to hold group meetings to inform crew members and contractors that throwing sh*tty toilet paper on the restroom floor, blowing one's nose on the bathroom mirror, spitting chewing tobacco into the bathroom sink, coughing up phlegm into the bathroom sink, pissing on the floor/toilet seat, and leaving all these things for the next person to deal with is not only impolite...it is unacceptable, gross, and grounds for being banned from working at our facility.

I would hate to see the homes these morons live in. It boggles the mind.

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

And those are just the stories fit to print. There are some that are even worst. Jim Morrison was right when he stated that, "People are strange..."

... The old cook had been picking his nose and wiping the buggers on the wall next to the bed. After a month this moron had quite a collection smeared on the wall (about 2 feet in diameter).

My sister did that when we were kids, only she had the nerve to use the full length mirror that we both shared. I noticed the mirror getting progressively dirty and one day, when I finally stopped to check it out, I realized what it was and was horrified.

Oh the joys of sharing a room with a sibling.

I have one that just happened...

We were in NYC last week on vac with the kids. I drove in, since it would have been just as expensive for all 5 of us to take the subway from Queens, and parked at a parking garage. At the end of the day, we went to pick up the car and it took forever. 3 people who where there after us got there cars before we did. When they finally brought it down on the elevator, I was WHISTLED AT to come to the guy who was standing by the car. He pointed to it (it was in nose-first) and said, "Dis u ca?" I said that it was, obviously puzzled and he said, "Ded batry". Great. Then he asked, "You wanme to jup it?" To which is said, "What do you expect me to do, push it back to Queens?" Then I found the manager on duty and asked for a partial refund on my parking fee which was $35. I checked and all of the controls that I had left on were turned off - a/c, radio, lights (were on auto, they were on off) - so it was obvious they were covering their tracks. I pointed that out and of course, he yelled back at me saying that it wasn't his fault, that batteries, like people, get SICK sometimes, blah blah blah. He treated me like I was a moron. A female with out of state plates. Perfect target for being gullible.

I didn't get a penny back although we waited almost an hour longer than we should have. No such thing as customer service anymore.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.
