Well, I guess you can put me on the list too...My I-130 was approved first and not sure which path I will choose (K-3 or CR-1).. Really confused and frustrated.. Lots of other people having both of their petitions approved on the same day..Only one of mine was approved..Also, it's been since July 12 and my case hasn't been received at NVC. I check every day..Frustrated there too, since I notice a lot of others are at NVC before me or in less time...:(

Congratulations on your approval!!!! More than likely your I-129F will be right behind your I-130. At least you have something as many of us have waited longer and have no results of anything in so long. It is very possible for you to have your spouse here by New Years, so good luck to you.

"jj119" Thanks, for those words.I hope you're right..When I read what you wrote it made me choke up a bit..I would be the happiest man on earth if she's here by New Year's Eve. I'm just concerned with all these others getting BOTH their petitions approved on the same day. USCIS says "if the I-130 is approved first, then there is no need to process the I-129F", so I don't know. I've looked at my timeline comparing to the others, receipt dates, transfer dates, marriage dates, country involved, etc. and I can't figure it out. I'm pretty sure that both of my petitions made to CSC at about the same time too. So there wasn't a problem of them getting my I-129F late. Really nothing can be done, but.....wait

Michael, count your blessings. I sent my I-130 in Aug of 2006. Just got a NVC Case # in July of 07. Consider the monetary ramifications if you continue with the fiance visa. $1,100 for adjustment of status if you go this way. If you use the I-130 only then your wife can come in and get an automatic 2 year green card. Just food for thought
