Does the foreign spouse really needs the copy of the I-129F and I-130 when the time comes that the I-129F is approved? Does the US embassy of the foreign spouse where she lives need it? Is it really needed during the interview?

No to both questions. They will have the original petitions sent to them by NVC.

No to both questions. They will have the original petitions sent to them by NVC.

The Consulate will have the original petitions.

The applicant/beneficiary's need for the copies is for reference in preparing to answer the interview questions. The copies are not required but the correct answers are pretty critical.
