Did you already get accepted for it? I assume it isn't costing you an arm and a leg?

And when can we see pics of this wonderful place? :D

Anyways, congratulations!

Allah tries his chosen people through many hardships, but those who persevere through adversity, surrendering themselves before the will of Allah, shall be blessed with a superb reward.

-The Prophet Muhammad (SAW), as reported by Anas bin Malik

A time will come when the sky is torn apart; when the stars scatter, and the ocean drains away; and when the graves are tossed about, and laid open. At that time every man will be told what he has done, and what he has failed to do; and every woman will be told what she has done, and what she has failed to do.

Yeah we got accepted. Its definitly underpriced for the current housing market. I will post pics when we move and after I set it all up :star:

It's got 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom  (not sure about that yet), living room with fireplace, LARGE kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, backyard, frontyard, 1 car garage w/ a washer/dryer, and TONS of storage space.

$1500 a month with $1000 deposit. She told me she isnt going to cash the deposit check and she didnt even do a credit check! She was the nicest lady ever!

OH and I forgot to mention my favorite part, I know some of you will laugh. Its right across the street from my parents house aka daycare, LOL

Sounds great JP!

Congrats again.

And at least if you need another bathroom, you know there's one across the street you can use. lol

It's great to have a washer/dryer. I wouldn't take another place without them.

And I guess fireplaces aren't so great for the ozone or something, but I love the smell of fireplaces in the winter. :luv:

Plus, you can cuddle up with honey in front of it on cold winter nights!

Thanks Melly! Yeah I never really thought about going across the street to use the bathroom, LOL. I did think about the fact that if I got pissed off at him, going to my parents wouldnt be a long drive, hee hee. I love the way fireplaces smell too. My family has always had one in their house but we never use it. I just think of it as a place to hang my stocking at xmas time. :innocent:
