When you send back the requested info for an rfe...do you receive a receipt back,or any sign that they have received it? I mean,aside from using a tracking # to be sure it's been sent or signed for (although both the rfe's i got,had to be sent to a PO box so i couldn't get tracking info)

Using the receipt number from the receipt you received after submitting your AOS petition you can check the status online at USCIS'a website. It will state the information has been received.

Well,i can log in and check for the AOS,EAD,and I-130. But because i was given an rfe for the AP right away(wrong amount on check)i still haven't received a receipt number for it,so i guess that answers my question,and i will just keep waiting for that..(and i have yet to see if the proper check has since been cashed-guess that is step 1 to find out) but i also meant in regards to an rfe for an app i already have a receipt # for..such as the AOS..i was asked to resend tax info,so i did,but online the case is still "received and pending" and i was curious as to wether a notice would be mailed to me confirming that they have received what they asked me to re-send them. Does that make sense? Man,i thought that once the paperwork was done,that the confusion would be over..lol.
