After 130 days (I'm sorry for those of you waiting longer, and I feel for those of you waiting at all), my I-130 and 129F were approved. The 129F was approved essentially same day as 130, but email notice for 130 came before. Anyways, I am hoping that K3 will go forward as I want to get my wife here ASAP. For me, I would rather deal with the paperwork while she is here with me than to deal with it before and not have her here for longer time. If USCIS mantains the policy to not forward 130 then I am okay, but if they do send 130, as a CSC representative told me they would, then I guess I have to wait and see what reaches consulate first. Anyways, I was reading over the approval notices (did not read so carefully first time as was happy to have them), I noticed that 129F has an A# by my wife's name under beneficiary, but 130 does not. I thought that was interesting, and I wonder if it is an indication that her 129F will indeed by forwarded to NVC while 130 is held. Does anyone else have any thoughts about this?

Did you speak to a representative or an officer? It is a good idea to wait until the rep is done telling you his version, then ask to speak to an officer. They will usually transfer you to an officer if you have an unusual question and insist a little.

This is absolutely normal. There is only one A number per "A" alien. The concurrent approvals and current USCIS policy is your assurance the I-129 will be forwarded to the NVC and I-130 will be held at the service center for use in the AOS process.
