K1 has been approved and are waiting for interview stage. Currently filling out I-134. I have been living in the Philippines for 21 months with fiance. I am unemployed since I came here. We have had a child together and he now holds both US and PH passports. I will be staying here until K1 is approved. Like I said I am unemployed but have around $500-600,000 in cash/stock and bonds much greater than 5x the poverty income requirements for a family of 3. I have all letters form banks and statements and am just wondering if I am worried for no reason or if anyone else has had success using assets only. I plan to regain employment with my past employer very soon after arrival in US.

Should I be worried or not?

Worried for no reason.  Manila rarely asks for the i134 anyway.  You need to be prepared but a better than average chance it won't even be needed.

Find the Philippines regional forum and ask all your Manila questions there.  There is a host of other topics as well that might be valuable to review.
