I filed for my mom. i am a citizen. what other forms need to be filed concurrently if any

Hello everyone:

i have filed I-130 for my mom in August 8 and received the notice that it has been under the process.

What other forms shall / may concurrently file and how.

You only need to submit the I130 at this point (I assume your mother is outside the US right now).  When USCIS approves the petition and sends it to NVC to be routed to the proper consulate, you will need to submit an I864.

my mom is in the US and i have prepared forms 213A of the INA and I-485. can i file them concurrently while I-130 is in process and being reviewed?

So she is adjusting status and you already submitted the I130.  In that case you need to submit the I485, I864, and it is recommended you also include the I765 and I131 with copies of the notice you received from the I130 filing.  You should reference the linked guide.

I am assuming the OP is referring to the I864 as like you, I have never heard of a form 213A.
