I really apologize for the misunderstanding I was asking about the wrong form. I wanted to know that the I-864 not the I-485 (AOS). I wanted to know who to file the I-864 to once the I-129F is approved. I had talk with the consulate in morocco and they said send the package to my wife and she will bring it with her to the interview and I also talk with customer service at USCIS and they said they will tell me where to send it so. I want to from someone who has filed the I-485 already and who did they send it too. This will end my confusion of where to all my information. I have all my information together and ready go I just need some clarification on if I'm going to send with morocco or hear in the states. Thanks.

The first I-864 Affidavit of Support will be sent with packet three or four from the US Embassy. The Embassy will send your spouse the packet. You send the information to your spouse to give to the Embassy or Consulate.

When you finally do Adjustment Of Status (AOS) another I-864 will be sent here in the US.

why do I need to send the information to my spouse to give to the Consulate if the I-864 will be sent with packet 3 or 4 from the Embassy. Iam not understanding. Will they send something to me first then I send it back for them to send to emabassy. I need more clear understanding.
