Haven’t received issued visa passport

Hello everyone my cousins husband got his visa issued on October 16 2023 from us embassy in qatar. He still hasn’t received his passport and there’s no updates on it. It’s really tricky to get a hold of the embassy but I emailed them back on October 31 with no reply yet. Did anyone else go through this?

How do you know if visa was issued if he doesn't have a passport?

It was going through administrative processing and the case update says issued the passport has been with the embassy since his interview in September

It should be anytime now.

Yeah he checked with the pick up place if it was there and just not updating in the system but it wasn’t and I do track the passport but I only get “There is no status update available for the passport number submitted.” back 

just wondering if anyone else has gone through this and if they’ve done anything.
