Postal office sent the package to the wrong addy!

LOL you ever notice that anything that can go wrong will go wrong?

I sent off two packages the same day, one to the Texas Service Center with my I-751 <lifting conditions> and another envelope to the London, KY office that was for change of address. Apparently, the lady who took the forms I filled out for certified mail, return receipt etc, put the wrong forms on the wrong items. I guess it's my fault for not asking to see the packages after she placed all the stuff on it. I had filled in all the forms, addressed all the envelopes, return addy etc for everything and they still messed it up!

So, it seems, and I can't verify this or not...that the London, KY office received my I-751 and the TSC received my change of addy.

What is really strange is that the receipt confirmation that I received from the London office has the TSC addy in Mesquite right on the green sheet of paper that was sent to me! /sigh

So, at this point I'm not sure what I should as I am not even sure that they were sent to the wrong place! lol talk about a silly mess.

I am not freaking out yet...though my temp gc expires Sept 12/07! and I am too aware of how long the TSC takes to do things including sending back a form that was sent to the wrong address! I am a little pissed that I am going to have to pay the price hikes though, but if I look at the big picture, I guess it's better than the alternative!

Looking for ideas :D
