I got two messages saying "an action was taken on your case" one at 6:50 am and another at 10:15 am. When I checked I saw "actively being reviewed March 4". This was my 3rd actively being reviewed. When I went to documents I saw the approval for I130.

 

I have been praying for this day and this phase to be over and God answered my prayers 2 days shy of 16 months. 🥹🥹

Is there someone in this thread got approved for I-130 and filed for K-3.

 

I am trying to figure out if a K-3 have an impact on I-130.

I understand that k-3 deadline is shorter than I-130.

We finally got our approval today, too.

 

Yesterday they sent a text message saying they have taken action on our case. The USCIS website changed to say the case is being actively reviewed on March 13, and today it changed to approved.

 

Congratulations to everyone else who got approved, and best of luck to those still waiting.

It's an urban myth. K-3 has no proven impact on I-130.

Based on what I have heard wait time for an interview is less than 3 months. So not slow
