ok i already posted a similar comment i guess on the general forum but someone helpful suggested i post here!! so i'm going to ask is any Serbian out there that has gone through the process of the K-3 visa??? it would be helpful if i got some insight as to how your process went!!!

like i said this is how mine is going so far and i'd like to know if this is the normal process.....

3-july 2007 sent i-130

20-july 2007 sent 1-129f (spouse)

i got the receipt stating they received the petition (i-129f)

check was cashed on 27-july 2007

how i checked the status of the case today (even though the lady said to wait a month, i figure i try) and it states on the uscis website that it's been sent to nvc!!! so i'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to go!!! any advice would be helpful!!!!!
