I-130 for parents, widowed beneficiary

Hi folks, 

 

On i-130, if the beneficiary, my parent's current marital status is "had only one marriage and currently Widowed, do I need to fill out Names of Beneficiary's spouse section with deceased spouse info? Also, my patent has been retired last 4 years, do I need to provided previous employer info? 

 

Please advise

Yes. It says “list all the beneficiary’s prior  spouses”

Interpret all questions literally. It doesn’t say if retired, don’t provide previous employment information - it asks to list ALL prior employment regardless of current situation
