Current Address not exactly the same in DS 160 (but not necessarily wrong address)

I live within the NCR/Metro Manila and for Form 129F my fiance and I listed that as the province (since some forms allow you to do that but it's technically a region not a province). For the medical exam, we also listed it in the same way. When I was filling out the DS-160, that's only when I found out N/A for the province/state was an option, so I selected that (because NCR is technically not a province) and submitted the form with N/A selected for the province.

A couple of weeks after it dawned on me that the address might need to be exactly the same but I am not sure. Technically, both versions should lead any mail to my house just fine but just to be safe should I resubmit the form? Will this be an issue for the interview? What are people's experiences on this?
