Hello everyone. I am having a hard time figuring out my situation. My mom tried to retrieve her birth certificate from her original hometown, but to no avail she found out that she didn't have any record.

Now, she was allowed to obtain a record but the birthplace indicated in the record is the city where she is now residing(where she established domicile) and not her original birthplace. My question is, will this be brought up during her interview? And how to truthfully answer the Interviewing Officer without jeopardizing her visa application?Thank you very much.

Fix it. Her birth city still exists. So, no exceptions.

I wouldn't even submit that document as it'll cause you more problems with immigration down the road.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Mine said the County Town not the Town I was actually born in, was not an issue.

Sadly the Hospital has now been demolished.

Was it brought up during your parent's interview?

It was my interview.

It was not.
