Telephone interview concerning k-3 visa app

Does anyone have any information or advice on how to handle the folowing situation?

My wife in Ukraine has been instructed by the consulate there to have the both of us call in together for an over the phone interview regarding our k-3 visa request. I'm concerned that our lack of knowledge about each other and our inability to speak with one another over the phone will be used against us. Neither of us speaks the others language well enough to communicate over the phone and we haven't seen each other in almost three years!

Also, if anyone knows of any credible and affordable legal counsel on this issue, a referral would be greatly appreciated.

Am I the only one who thinks that a) This may be a troll and b. that's it's odd that they've been married for three years and 1) according to the poster still has a "lack of knowledge about each other" and 2) still can't talk to one another long enough in either of their languages to have a conversation?! I'm not even going to touch the fact that they haven't seen one another in THREE years!
