Don't worry, just download the form with rev date of Feb 2007 and send it to them again (the revision date is at the lower right-hand corner of the form). We had the same problem when we first filed. We just re-submitted what they asked, then every thing was fine.

so i can just fill those up and ave tem printed but i have to send it back to california directly instaed of nebraksa, right?

You should have the address where you should send the package back to on the letter that USCIS attached in your package.

Did you file it to CSC or NSC?

Greetings!

I just got back form the Post Office. I sent back the application package...

I rcvd. letters on top of my application package:

1. a letter with a mark of I-751 was revised and must used february 5 ,2007 ( submitted the one they have online with a revised date of july 30, 2007.

2. A letter addressing to the institution who issued my money order as thy are returning it.

3. A list of new fees with the effective date clearly encircled.

p.s.

I sent it directly to California as it was the address of the letter above and infront of that letter, altough i originally filed it at NSC.

p.s. so i assumed that i needed to resubmit it again this time with new fees.....i am a little bit upset as it was sent to them on junly 19 and was rcvd july 20. 2007. I wanted to return just the way it is but then whats the purpose of them sending me those returned money orders with a letter to the Institution wh issued my check plus the list of new fees. So i guess i did have to refile it again....
