Yes you should be able to get another stamp. Is everything OK with your marriage to US citizen who sponsored you?

According to your timeline, your 4 year extension letter expires on Feb 28, 2025.

The OP filed in 2020, must have received 12, 18 or 24 month extension.

Worth requesting 48 month extension.

The only question is whether GC was taken away when I-551 was given. I heard this happens.

Unfortunately we had a divorce based off irreconcilable differences,so I filled with a divorce waiver along with the divorce decree.

Yes my green card was taken away when my stamp was given and I do have a 48 month receipt

Then you have no choice.  If you need evidence of status, you will have to contact USCIS and request a new ADIT stamp.

Note: you will still be a legal resident even after your current stamp expires.

Your extension letter is worthless without the expired Green card.  You need a new ADIT stamp.

What I-9 documents did you provide the part-time employer and what are you able to provide now?

I filed September 2020 and I'm still waiting.

Did you not receive the 48 month extension letter? Why would you need a stamp?

Edit: Very odd situation that they took your expired green card away, as someone else mentioned you need that alongside your 48 month extension letter.

Do not require an employee who presents List B and List C documents to present a List A document.

You're legally allowed to, per USCIS, to present evidence from B and C to allow work authorization. So this could be a US drivers license and a non-restricted social security card. Do you have both of these?

Not that odd unfortunately. Happens quite regularly when a stamp is given. Keep in mind that it wasn't too long ago that extension letters were given for a shorter timeframe and they won't get renewed. So by the time the extension letter ran out your Greencard became kinda unnecessary when you instead got the stamp in your passport.
