I-134 Sufficient Evidence?

Hello,

I'm submitting materials with my I-134 form, and I'm wondering if I've supplied enough info and evidence.

My fiance's sponsor is actually my best friend. I am a poor graduate student, and my family doesn't exactly have the best income status. My best friend makes more than enough annually, has supplied a letter from her employer stating her annual salary, has supplied a notarized copy of her W2 and past years tax forms, a notarized copy of her birth certificate.

Should she also include a letter stating her "relation" to me and my fiancé and why she wants to help? I figure it's more common to have someone's relative be a sponsor, but that just isn't possible in my case. I'm wondering what else I could supply to make our application stronger. Any ideas?

Birth cert is not something indicated in the affidavit of support instructions.

In our case this what the I-134 included.

• I-134 signed and notarized.
  
• Tax transcripts from the IRS for past 3 years, (Redundant for the (1040,W2,1099) but are free from the IRS
  
• Photo copy of IRS form 1040, and W2s for past 3 years
  
• Letter from my employer stating annual salary, job responsibility, and that is full time, on company letterhead.
  
• Photo copies of past 6 months pay stubs up to a few weeks before the interview.
  

Note: The petitioner should also provide a completed I-134 and evidence, even though you are using a co-sponsor.
