PD 22 Aug 2023 Texas SC -> Nebraska SC. 

Received a second AR 5 days ago (8 Nov 2024) but nothing in a document tab and no update since then… Is this not going good? feeling hopeless. Seems many people get approved within a day or 2 days after second AR.

Congratulation too August Filer for PD August 22-23th 🥳
Same PD here but still hear anything, hopefully soon, not going to lie, really exhausted and mentally draining. But so happy to know some people with the same PD already got second review. Congratulation guys!!!

Thank you!! It is exhausting and draining, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Please keep going strong!

Thank you!! we just got Accept letter yesterday at November 13th 2024. Finally. After this, we just need to wait for NVC letter? And we also notice our case transfer from texas USCIS center to California. Hope for late August 2023 filler will hear a good news too soon

Yep! Fees marked as paid officially today, too-- took about a week after payment before we could proceed with the NVC steps. It only took us a few days to get the welcome letter. When I posted, I didn't realize I'd missed it in my professional inbox email for 2 days!

August 26th PD and was approved today.

It looks like if my calculation is right "I hope" , most of us were waiting to get a response from the USCIS about 448 days. 😅

Is there possibly any reason why my date of Aug 4th is just sitting there with no updates? When dates past mine are being approved. Vermont Service Center.

Any complications - criminal record, previous spouse petitioned for, etc? Just checking, but you're a USC?

previous spouse few years ago which was withdrawn and divorced. I am a USC. Step daughter filed for as well.

Perhaps the petition for your additional child is cause for delay? From what I can tell on this forum, it seems they’re up to around August 29th today. August 4th petitions were processed a few weeks ago. If I were you, I think I would consider reaching out for help at this point. Does anyone know if there’s a number to call if a petition seems to be stagnant, or if there are attorneys who might be able to help with GMF’s situation?
