This is the first week since around March this year I am seeing approval times seemingly coming down. I want to be carefully optimistic since it's the first week but I am hoping things are going to start improving....

 

We started in Texas, but we never checked if we'd been transferred, so not sure if we stayed there!

After your petition is approved your case is sent to NVC. After you complete the steps at NVC (AOS and IV application), you will be put in the queue at your embassy for an interview date. Every embassy is different based on staff and case loads. Where will you be interviewing?

We are August 26th and still waiting. Hopefully we’ll both hear back soon.

Our PD is August 23, we are at TSC. Our case just went into its second active review. However, that removed the first active review from my updates. Is this normal and should we see an approval soon? Anyone who knows how this works is much appreciated 🙏

Hey, same PD here, and just got the email + second review also! If you go to the Documents tab, you should see the approval letter 😊.
