I was suprised because these are weekend dates! I wonder how that works I thought they work on work days only

Same! Their standard business days are definitely Monday - Friday but I too have certainly seen some weekend approval dates. Not sure if someone is actively working on the weekend or if the system just happened to generate the approval letter on the weekend. I think either is very feasible. Either way, I just pray the pace picks up. It's daunting 🥹

We just have to think positive they are moving along with these July cases which means they will get to us sooner than later!

i have a question tho because ever since I reached out to a live agent my progress has changed EVERYDAY 4 months, 7 months, 16 months, 17 months etc. I am wondering if that means they are in my case or something?

Honestly, I have no clue.

My wife’s case (PD 8/7/2023) was finally approved yesterday! I hope everyone else starts to see approvals soon.

Congratulations. Did you do anything different that may have made your case go faster? Since they are on mid-July right now, that’s pretty fast.

Also, which service Center?

California service center. I’m not sure what made my case go faster, but I did file for a K-3 and made multiple congressional inquiries in the past.

Did your congress person  attempt to reach out to USCIS? Because I tried and was told I'm within normal processing times, and that they won't do anything until I'm past that.

Anyhow, I am finding for a few months that anyone getting approved outside the norm has filed a K3. Usually with a margin of getting approved roughly a month earlier than they typically would have.

I received similar responses from USCIS when my congressman reached out, so I don’t think that really helped.

I have been seeing August 2023 approvals that have filed the K-3s. I did reach out to my Congress men they did tell me I was in my normal processing time. And uscis did deny my expedite. Hoping at least by the end of September they start August approvals 🙏
