My wife applied and sent out her AOS packet (application for greencard, work permit and travel docs) back in May, and as of today she checked her status online and it says Case closed. Does this mean that her travel docs wasn't approved? We are nervous as we tried to take our time to make sure we filled out everything correctly before mailing. Once we received the notice, it was instructions and location for her biometrics appointment, which she did attend and do, so I'm not sure why she's getting this message. Here's a screenshot of what it says.

Check the document tab to see any document why the case was closed. There is a big change the case was close because AOS has been approved.

I never knew about the documents tab! I checked it and my wife's work permit and travel doc has been approved! They are sending her a combo card! I wish there was some sort of notification, if it hadn't been for you. She would've never known that it was even approved! Thank you so much!

Now the wait for the greencard.
