Hi Guys 👋🏻
My fiance and I are in embassy stage. Our friend who is lawfully permanent resident wants to be sponsor us. He previously one year ago helped one of his friend for sponsorship of marriage base pettion. He makes enough money according to povery guidelines. Will it be problem becoming him co sponsor for us?

Shouldn't be a big issue as long as he is well-qualified and he properly completes the forms.

My greencard holder co sponsor is also married with us citizen but they are separated and in the divorce progress. They do their taxes separately so does he still need to add his wife to his household size when he does i 134?

Hey everyone,
We are having sponsor for the form I-134. Our sponsor is our best friend. He sponsored one his friend last year on marriage based adjustment of status. His friend got his greencard already and they don’t live in same house and he didn’t include that person on this tax return. He doesn’t help him anymore for a long time. Should he add that person under his dependents on the form i-134 or not necessary ?
