07/13/2007 I-171 form sent

07/16/2007 Delivered to CSC Service center at 10 AM

07/19/2007 Check cashed

Until today, I haven't received anything from USCIS. I did see a number starting with WAC, but when I tried to use it as the receipt # on USCIS site to check status, it kept saying it is not a valid case #. Anybody else out there that filed to CSC at the same time with me? Have you got your NOA yet?

Hold on to your britches. If you look at our timeline...it took about 12 days after our ck was cashed for our NOA. You may hear something anyday.

Only the tracking# on NOA works. "Tracking no" on check serves some other purpose known to USCIS only.

Just an update, I got both my NOA and biometrics app letter in the mail on Aug 4.

This strange thing is, my biometrics appointment is set to Aug 25 at 8:00 am, which is a Staturday. I am glad it is a Saturday, so I don't need to take any time off from work, but I never know they work on Saturday.

I got both my NOA and Biometrics appt letter on the same day, too.

My biometrics appt was August 4th, which was on Saturday. They were open :) I had to wait for 2 hours to get it done.

Good luck.
