Hi

I would like to ask my wife from USA start to applied for a CR1 marriage visa, knowing that I have a child from my first wife. Should I request a separate visa for her, knowing that she is not more than fourteen years old?

Your US citizen wife needs to join us here.  There are no derivatives for an immediate relative of a US citizen.  Must have separate I-130s. Start reading here:

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Where and who does the child live with? Will the child's mother allow her to immigrate to the US?

If the child's mother will not allow her to immigrate there is no point filling for her, just make sure she is listed in all your forms just the same.

You don't have those.  She can just enter zeros.

she dont have more then 14 years she need a petition like me ?

She would need her own petition regardless of her age.  Why isn't the petitioner asking these questions.  She'll be the one filing both these petitions.
