No such visa exists. She either lives there full time, or here full time. The U.S does not allow for part time residency of any kind.

On each entry to the US, B2 visa holders are routinely granted an entry for 6 months.

That’s not gonna last long. Each entry after the first is going to raise flags as the person would be practically using B2 to live in the US.

She could apply for a B2 tourist/pleasure visa. Philippines nationals can be issued a 10-year multiple entry visa if they can demonstrate non-immigrant intent.

Using a tourist visa to essentially live here, is visa fraud.

Problem #1- Obtaining said visa.  This will not be easy for a single PI lady.

Problem #2- Each entry is at the discretion of CBP.  ANY suspicion of abuse can result in severe penalties and a bar.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Classic case of DOA visa application, imho.

OP, you cannot use a B2 to "live" in the US 6 months on/6 months off.

The only avenue she has to be able to come and go as she wishes is US citizenship.
