Hi

Im from tunisia and i just get married I want to ask some questions for Visa CR1

1_ i want  know, the first phase will be carried out by my wife in America by submitting an application to the U.S. Embassy.

2_Will she have an interview with the Embassy in America? Or will I have an interview in tunisia?

if your USC wife is a permanent resident in Tunisia ,  she can find out from the embassy if they allow her to file in US embassy there

If she is just there to marry and honeymoon and be with your family for a trip,  she will file the I 130 online when she has the marriage certificate and certified English translation

u will interview in Tunis at US embassy

she should not do any interview/  if embassy does one , they can call her on phone and question her/  this is only when CO at embassy has suspicion that the relationship is not real

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
