Timeline

Right it has been forever now since I applied and still not approved! I went for my second biometrics on 18th July so fingers crossed!

Thing is the case for work permit has not been touched since 11th May and then yesterday it finally got a touch (31st July) Woo, I know touches don't mean too much but its the first in 2.5 months. Hopefully now this means that approval isnt too far away for the permit!

Anyone else get any little touches a few days before it was finally approved!

AOS and EAD Timeline

First Application rejected due to them not receiving $70 for Biometrics, even though I had a receipt from them :-(

NOA1 - 10/01/2007

Biometrics - Middle of October, don't have exact date sorry

I-485 and I-765 Touched - 10/23/2007

EAD Approved - 10/27/2007

Nothing Since

If you look at my timeline you will see I was touched 2 days in a row last month but then nothing. Why haven't you asked for an Infopass for your EAD?

2/26/08: NOA Date

2/27/08: Check Cashed

3/03/08: NOA Recv'd

3/15/08: Biometrics Complete

3/17/08: Can See Status Online

9/20/08: Receive Intv. Appt Letter

10/17/08: Touched

10/28/08: AOS Interview - APPROVED

10/30/08: Card Production Ordered

11/06/08: Welcome Letter Arrives

11/10/08: GC Arrives

10/2011: Citizenship

I have had 3 infopass appointments, it was taking so long as they sid I never paid Bio fee of $70 and didnt bother to contact me to tell me this until I went in for an infopass! Then had 2nd bio and now waiting again!
