How long is an Advance Parole valid for? And also, can you leave the country and come back in multiple times using the same AP, as long as it is valid?

AP is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Yes, you can use it as many times as you want, as long as it is still valid.

The first time you use your AP document, the immigration officer will stamp it, as well as stamp your passport. After the first time, you will only need to show your passport with the AP stamp in it.

Just an addendum.... you can use it as many times as you want as long as it is valid and says "multiple entry" on it.

Raymaga.... I've now used my AP three times and, each time, I've had to go to secondary to get another stamp on the AP. Have you experienced something different?

It was quite a while ago that both myself and my daughter needed to use AP, and I keep forgetting that we always entered the U.S. by car, not plane, so there's probably a difference at the airport POE's.

Hmmm. My first use was by air.... 2nd and 3rd by car. The 4th will be by air again so we'll see what happens then. Thanks Raymaga.
