Hello:

My wife, a lawful permanent resident, and I were travelling in Korea and set to return home when she realized she lost her green card.  She now needs a travel foil to return home to the States.  We are trying to make an appointment for her to visit the embassy and obtain temporary travel documents using the website provided by the Seoul embassy: https://ustraveldocs.com/kr/en/.  We are able to select the option for a boarding foil but are being prompted to enter a DS-260 number in order to continue through the online scheduling website.

It's my understanding that the DS-260 is only relevant for initial immigrant visa applications and not related to boarding foils.  My wife is a lawful permanent resident and not applying for an initial immigrant visa. All she needs is a boarding foil.  But we cannot make an appointment to get one because the website is asking for a DS-260 number.

I know that the Travel Docs website recent updated—could this be a glitch on the website?   Alternatively, if we must enter a DS-260 number, does anyone know where we can find this number?

Thanks for your help.
