I have submitted my DS 260 and my legal documents for EB3 visa  and now i am waiting to get scheduled for a consular interview in Sofia, Bulgaria .My question is

-> can i apply for H2B visa for a seasonal work from January until April 2024?

->If i get an H2b visa  can i get denied entrance in USA from a  border police officer at the airport and send back ?

-> my priority date is 10 June 2022 , When should i expect to get scheduled for an interview ?.At the moment the visa bulletin says that  NVC is processing cases from December 2020. Does this mean i have to wait for an year an a half  for a date?

Ps. I have been working and traveling in USA on J1 and h2b visas since 2014 and i don't have any visa denials.

As good a guess as any

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
