Wait Times for NOA1 with no G-1145 (e-notification) attached

Hello, I recently submitted my I-129F form last week for my fiancee and myself.  I'm pretty sure that I provided my email address somewhere in there, but I didn't attach the G-1145, which was a form I was completely unaware of that enables e-notifications.  Is there a way I can receive e-notifications or emails/texts after submitting the form after submitting the I-129F?

And also, when and how should I expect to be notified for the status of the I-129F, by physical mail, email, or ...???

Thanks!

Also, if the I-129F gets denied, have they just effectively taken $535 for free?  Or can I take any additional action, assuming I have provided everything that they have asked for.

Along those lines, if I missed a minor detail such as my physical address ( I am sure I didn't, but just for example), could I just provide that info without having to pay another $535, or does it not work that way?

Thanks.

The $535 is a processing fee that results in a decision based on the submitted petition.

What it is not is a fee paid for an approval.

Upon review of the original petition, if the evidence initially submitted is lacking, a request for additional evidence (RFE) is sent to the petitioner requesting additional information.

Thanks.  Is there a time limit for the RFE?  I've heard mentions online of time limits, deadlines, on the visa interview from the time the NOA 2 comes, and others saying that as soon as the I-129F visa is approved, basically every further step in the I-129F visa process is time sensitive.  Is this the case?

Thanks

The I129f is a petition, it is NOT a visa.  An RFE will be issued once an adjudicator looks at the submission.  Based on current processing times, your petition will sit on a shelf for more than a year before someone looks at it.  If you receive an RFE you have 89 days to respond.
