Rejection due to 214b. Need reapply advise!!!

The ones in the worst situation are the ones who do not get a tourist visa and then try and go down the marital route, seems much better to get the B and then adjust. More likely to be able to file a waiver.

Yup, although they rarely come back to tell us what transpires after USCIS requests evidence that the previous fake marriage was legally terminated.

I have yet to see anybody come back from the Consulate, now I have seen a few who have been able to file a waiver in the US.

 

Anyway a non immigrant visa is mostly about credibility and there is none here.
