There is still no approval notice under my 485 documents online...but my status is in step 4 (case decision) instead of step 3(attend interview), and estimated time has changed from 4 months to 4 weeks compared to yesterday.

Still showing 2 weeks on my wife's EAD processing. So it went from 2 weeks to 1 week and back to 2 weeks.  It's been 2 weeks since went back to 2 weeks. Nothing shows anything else.  No change either in the AOS after they received the RFE back with all of the documents and a new I-864.......BTW way it cost $25 dollars to send the box of documents to them.  12 months of bank statements, pay stubs, 401K ROTH IRA and everything but the kitchen sink.  I am so frustrated.20231211_174610.thumb.jpg.ec22f6542bf0fd035913e19634ff2803.jpg

Our I-485 just got approved too! Sharing timeline info below:

Field office: St Paul, MN

October 13: NOA 1

October 23: RFE asking for tax forms (we had only uploaded W2 forms and not actual tax returns)

October 27: Biometrics scheduled

November 2: RFE response received (I uploaded the evidence into myUSCIS account)

November 16: Had my biometrics

November 17: Case actively reviewed by USCIS

December 14: Approval!

Wishing everyone speedy approvals! I will go and enjoy not having USCIS in my life for a while hehe, especially since it had taken 16 months to get our I-129F approved🤓

Congrats to those who got approved!

Still no movement on ours - we never got an online access code and I’m thinking it’s because they aren’t actively reviewing our case 😔

we’ve submitted the request for a new one and it says there is no online access code for our forms with our receipt numbers 🤷🏻‍♀️

Does your case number start with IOE?

That explains it. You don’t have an online case, only the ones with IOE letters get access codes and can see and upload documents online

Oh interesting! Thx for the info; IOE means e file doesn’t it? I didn’t think there was that option for our AOS application.

It’s a little weird when it comes to IOE for AOS or even ROC down the line. There is no online filing on the USCIS website like with Naturalization or I-130 petition for example. Instead, you file by paper but some cases are then “transformed” into the online system and given IOE case. Supposedly it’s part of an effort to digitize as many forms as possible.

Noticed today that I-485 estimate dropped from 4 Months to 2 Weeks.
Not that I trust that ... No notice, no documents, no other indication other than online "myProgress"
... but apparently the interview was waived.

I-765 "myProgress" is still at "Taking Longer than expected"
I-131 "myProgress" is still at "4 Months"

Funny to think that maybe she gets the green card before the EAD.
At this point, will be happy just to receive any of them so we can adjust the other "Pending" paperwork.

my guess would be you will get approved by tomorrow😆 that’s what happened to me as well (changed from 4 months to 4 weeks, step 3 to 4 the day before approval) maybe you could check with Emma about the current status or just wait another day or two…anyway

An early congratulations to you!

EAD in myprogress has gone back to 4 weeks as of this morning.  RFE package was received last week according to the tracking on USPS for the I-864. However, under the myprogress tab does not show it was received, still waiting..... looks like my wife will be waiting along time....

Congratulations to those who have been successful so far.
