I got my GC last monday in the mail :dance: I am so happy but Im starting to get worried how come my daughter's isnt here yet! They had been processing our case together since day 1...from biometrics to RFE and even date of touches on our case...but last week I only got one Card Production and Welcome notice email and that is just for my application only... Im wondrin what could be the cause of the delay on hers.....anyone had the same exprerience before?

June 19 06 Touched, States RFE mailed

June 23 06 Received I-129F RFE

June 24 06 Sent I-129F RFE

Nov 06 06 INTERVIEW

Nov 06 06 APPROVED

Nov 08 06 Visa in hand

Nov 17 06 to the U.S.

Feb. 14 '07 filed AOS,mailed I-485

Feb 23 '07 NOA1

Feb 27 '07 Bio appointment letter received

May 25' 07 received RFE for I-693 and immunization supplement...UUugggghh

June 12 '07 RFE received at Laguna Niguel

June 22 '07 received email saying CSC got our RFE and processing resumed on our case

July 7 '07another RFE for TB skin test

July 11 '07 sent RFE back

July 20 '07 case processing resumed per email from CRIS

July 24 '07 Email from CRIS...card production ordered!!

July 25 '07 received email saying letter welcoming new permanent resident was mailed

July 30 '07 GC in hand

Congrats on the GC!!!

I wouldn't worry too much about your daughter's GC approval. I have heard of at least one other VJ member whose GC was received before their child's. I'm sure you'll hear something in the next few days.

Is your daughter under the age of 21?

Yes, she's only 4. I was just wondrin' because usually they process our case together from NOA1 to 2nd RFE.

I do really hope we get some news on her's soon also.
