What could be the better way to make my profile strong?

Get a better paying job.  Or set up a company in your home country.  Or travel to other visa-requiring countries and return to your home country on time.  Any of those could make your profile look better on the DS-160, but still don't guarantee that you will be granted a B visa.

That's a myth.  Better if we don't propagate here on VJ the myth that having money in a bank account will help with a B visa application.  There is nowhere on the DS-160 where the applicant is asked to provide bank account details.  Also, consul officers are very unlikely to ask for any financial documents from a B visa applicant at the interview.  They are aware that anyone can park loaned money in an account in the mistaken belief that it will help with their application.

No connections with the US

Good job, family, basically go through the DS 160 and think what would be the strongest answer to each question.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

they do ask who's paying and where is money coming from in many of the high fraud embassies  as  a CO would ask this poster who i believe from other posts is from Pakistan

From USCIS site

Additional Documentation May Be Required

Review the instructions for how to apply for a visa on the website of the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you will apply. Additional documents may be requested to establish if you are qualified. For example, additional requested documents may include evidence of:

  • The purpose of your trip,
  • Your intent to depart the United States after your trip, and/or
  • Your ability to pay all costs of the trip.

Ability to pay all costs is related to the applicants job/salary, it has nothing to do with amount of money in the bank account.
