My wife is a US citizen who was born in the USA but never lived there, although I’m not, so now we decided to move to the USA , we submitted a lot of documentation the only thing left is a proof of domicile for her, we submitted a job offer but yet they haven’t accepted it,

so we don’t know if it’s the right document

please advise.

Thank you in advance,

regards.

Sounds like it wasn’t enough to convince them she is planning to establish domicile in the US. It’s not uncommon that the petitioner (your wife) might have to move to the US before you to actually establish domicile.
