I remember it being done, but not recently.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Someone did earlier this year..I think she was Israeli

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

If you have all other vaccinations but the last change in requirements due to moral grounds, it's going to be a uphill battle.

Hello! Yes I successfully filed for my husband’s green card using the waiver for vaccination on moral grounds. He got his green card in December 2023.

How long did it take from i601 submission to greencard?  2 months?  Was the interview waived and if not, did they ask for clarification on vaccine waiver?

Applied for AOS i485 through marriage.
Application currently pending but they gave RFE for i601 since vaccines were declined.

i601 was submitted with religious statement, hardship, etc and check was cashed a week ago.

There was this case last year that was successful.  There was another case here in 2022 where they were denied.

AOS Approved with i601 vaccine waiver and no interview.

RFE for i601 vaccine waiver since the medical examine indicated a waiver will be filed.

Sent the i601 about a week later.  Check was cashed about a week later. 2 week later get notified RFE is no longer needed.  Next day i485 approved.

From sending in the i601 vaccine waiver to approval was only a few weeks.

Appears to be very quick to have vaccine waiver approved if doing i485 through family based, not 2 years like many fearmonger about.

i601 contained the form itself, hardship statement, and statement of beliefs.  There were no letters from friends, churches, families, or anything like that (lawyer also stated those letters would be weak evidence since the waiver is solely about your beliefs, not what others think/say of your beliefs).

You said this is AoS not Consulate processing
