“App” job. How to state in i134?

My petitioner fiancée has a second small job that she does via an app on the phone (Rover, to be exact). She gets taxed for it (obtains a 1099-k) past $600 (which she makes), will she need to put this job in the i-134?

Also, there is no “contact address” for this job nor can she obtain an employment letter from it. Should we even bother adding it? If so, what do we put in as we fill the i134? And what evidence do we attach from it?

She does have a main job, which we filled out for already and have supporting tax documentation and employment documentation.

I thought that was self employment

If it’s self-employment, what kind of supporting evidence can we provide?

I've been working a lot on this form lately, I ultimately decided to attach a cover letter to mine explaining my multiple income streams and attaching evidence such as bank deposits and invoices related to income outside my W2.

If her banking site lets her search for deposits from Rover and displays only those transactions I would use that and print out those pages with header and footer timestamps. I don't think it'd hurt to add her 1099 as evidence either, more doesn't hurt but less could.

Petitioner has to report all income as noted on the tax returns

Self employed -she would put her address on the I 134 as she works from home

as u said she has 1099 k

Form 1099-K reports payments from payment apps or online marketplaces when the gross payment amount is more than $600 and from credit, ...
