Did this happen to anyone?

The UPS attempted to deliver my package to the PO BOX in Laguna Niguel in California but notice was left?

is someone actually going to pick up the notice and pick up my package? they never mentioned how we should send the I-129F? I hope someone's job is to pick it up...

i'm worried.

Wait, you're filing for a K1 right now? Why is this in the AOS forum?

I wouldn't worry about the message from UPS - a lot of folks get this message. That's UPS's way of saying that no one was available to sign for your package and they'll try again in the next business day or two.

Please fill in your timeline - that way if you have other questions we can help you out based on that. Thanks :)

Hi. Petitions are preferably sent by USPS with return receipt requested / delivery confirmation. I've never used UPS so i can't really comment on what will happen with your package. I'm sure someone else that has used UPS will comment and let you know.

Youur post relates to a K-1 visa petition so would be have been better posted in the forum related for that purpose. The K-1 forum :)

Good Luck with your journey

The following address is used for overnight delivery (Federal Express, UPS, etc.) or bonded courier delivery:

California Service Center

24000 Avila Road, 2nd Floor, Room 2312

Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

From: California Service Center

Yeah the I-129F instructions does not mentioned the address if you're using courier service. I hope they do pick it up.
