You're young, of a marrying age, with no property on your name, and not a 9-5 job. On top of that, you have family is in the US. Chances are slim, unless your ties to your home country change drastically.

You were obviously denied for immigrant intent.   You will not get a US visa until you develop stronger ties to your country- and proposing to come to the US to work (on a tourist visa?   You can’t even work remotely on a B visa) serves to make it even less likely of getting one.

 

You can’t “frame” your situation in a way that will help you overcome the reasons for denial.    US consular officers have heard EVERYTHING.

You have to understand that tourist visa to the US is very hard to get. Especially in circumstances where there are no strong ties back home, as in your situation, and you are not the only one and you were not taken out of line and treated that way. Others have explained in detail I just wanted to point out  that it happens more often then not for tourist visa to be denied even if strong ties exist, since as previously stated every attempt to arrive in the US is attempt to immigrate. It’s just is, no matter how silly it sounds.
