@Crazy Cat @Boiler The only thing i could do is to have a short visit to different country that requires a visa but still I'm not sure it would have any impact.

Travel history would be beneficial.  I'm not sure to what extent.

What country are you from? That is an important factor you have not mentioned.

You appear to have very weak ties regardless, no surprise you were denied.

I must admit I made an assumption, could be wrong.

@Sm1smom I can't pinpoint the exact cause, but my visa application was denied under section 214(b). During the interview, they posed a few inquiries about my trip's purpose, my sister's citizenship status, her occupation, my own occupation, and my involvement in my father's business. However, it seemed that the interviewer had difficulty comprehending the nature of our business and the products we sell. Interestingly, they did not request any documents from me.

You were obviously denied for immigrant intent.   You will not get a US visa until you develop stronger ties to your country- and proposing to come to the US to work (on a tourist visa?   You can’t even work remotely on a B visa) serves to make it even less likely of getting one.

You can’t “frame” your situation in a way that will help you overcome the reasons for denial.    US consular officers have heard EVERYTHING.

@Boiler I'm not sure what do you mean by "You cannot demonstrate something that does not exist. "

Your strong ties to India do not exist.

You have to understand that tourist visa to the US is very hard to get. Especially in circumstances where there are no strong ties back home, as in your situation, and you are not the only one and you were not taken out of line and treated that way. Others have explained in detail I just wanted to point out  that it happens more often then not for tourist visa to be denied even if strong ties exist, since as previously stated every attempt to arrive in the US is attempt to immigrate. It’s just is, no matter how silly it sounds.

I understand @Amunah but I really want to visit my sister and her baby when it's born, but I'm not sure how to go about it.

Third country where Pakistanis can easily visit, or sister brings baby home to see you.
